How to Help Implantation
Eat for Fertility
When it comes to fertility, what you eat matters. Just as eating unhealthy foods can lead to weight gain, eating fertility-boosting foods can improve your chances of conceiving. So what should you eat for healthy fertility?
First, focus on getting plenty of folate, which is a water-soluble B vitamin that helps to prevent birth defects. Good sources of folate include dark leafy greens, legumes, nuts, and seeds.
You should also aim to get enough iron, zinc, and omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for reproductive health. Good sources of iron include red meat and poultry, while oysters are a great source of zinc.
