LIIFT MORE is the newest program from Joel Freeman, who is also the creator of 10 Rounds and LIIFT4. LIIFT MORE is a weightlifting and HIIT (high-intensity interval training) program that can help you build muscle and burn fat.
The program consists of five days per week of workouts for eight weeks.
Each workout is roughly 35-45 minutes long, and you can do them at home or in the gym.
