That’s where 20 minute workouts come in! And from someone who JUST finished 8 weeks of 20 minute workouts, while pregnant, with two toddlers. I’m here to tell you, YOU HAVE TIME.
You just CHOOSE to make time for everything else.

But today, were going to talk about exercise during ovulation and how quick and effective 20 minute workouts can be great for that special day!
